About Me
I’m a dance nerd, ocean enthusiast, book addict, and someone who spent 15 years in nonprofit arts and culture and higher education before I found my way to coaching.
Having had my own plot twists in life, I know what it feels like to face uncertainty and complexity, both professionally and personally. Many important things I know, I am grateful to have learned from art and artists.
I live in Vienna, Austria and I’ve been doing this work since 2019.
I hold an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential and was trained as part of the National Arts Strategies Leadership Coaching Roster in partnership with the Goldvarg Consulting Group.
Some History
I started coaching while I was the director of the ODC Theater in San Francisco, California initially working with artists to realize their visions both creatively and logistically. During the pandemic, I expanded my practice to support leaders and mid-career staff of nonprofit cultural and community organizations in the U.S. facing the uncertainty that impacted the ecosystem.
Since my transition to Europe in 2020 and re-engagement in the higher education sector, I have worked with a wide-range of clients in mission-driven pursuits, both within and outside of institutions. I am familiar with the challenges of those working to find sustainability and get their needs met within fraught and precarious structures.
That background has influenced how I hold the work of coaching. I understand what it's like to be a mission-driven individual working within a complicated system. I also know how difficult it can be to reimagine one’s identity and relationship to a field in which you’ve invested deeply when the work isn’t working.
Finally, I believe that you have a job and you have a practice. And those may be different things. I help clients untangle what is what and clarify where to invest one's time and attention.

How I Work
As a coach, I will meet you with care and focus. My job is to partner with you to to build perspective and explore so that you can advance your vision as a creative and resourceful navigator.
By balancing generative questions and supportive accountability, I hold space for you to create outcomes aligned with your values and attuned to what’s happening both inside and around you.
The approach is developmental: as new opportunities and challenges emerge in your professional and personal spheres, our sessions aim to foster continued learning. Coaching sessions can be used to build awareness, explore new mindsets and develop personal strategies and pragmatic actions.
I also draw upon my background in movement and somatics to integrate emotional, embodied and relational awareness into coaching sessions.
Between our conversations, you can expect to spend some time each week taking on some new actions or practices, which support larger shifts.
